Our story starts here, on Aspen Avenue. J. David began here in 1994 with three rings and five hundred dollars: first two hundred square feet inside a tanning salon, then a small shop at 61st and Aspen, and then this four-thousand-square-foot showroom Joel and Kendra built, opened the week of September 11, 2001. Look for the white building with the black J. David Jewelry letters, lined with tall evergreens. Inside, the room opens wide under sweeping black curves in the ceiling, with glass cases to wander, a bridal wall that reads “i do”, and a plum velvet chair by the cases.
Guests find us on Aspen Avenue just off Kenosha, with the entrance off Aspen. They come from every corner of Broken Arrow, up from Coweta and over from Wagoner, and some make the longer drive from Muskogee for a ring they want to get exactly right.
Park in our own lot; the front door faces it. Walk in any time we’re open; there’s no need to call ahead. If you’d like a designer’s full attention for an engagement ring or a custom piece, send us a text and we’ll have the time ready for you.
Yes. J. David began here in 1994, and this is the showroom Joel and Kendra built for it in 2001. South Tulsa followed in 2014 and Brookside in 2022, and both grew out of this one.
Yes. Sit down with one of our designers, sketch it together, and our own goldsmiths make it at our benches. Most custom rings take five to six weeks from the first visit, so for a Christmas proposal, start by November 6.
Yes. Both designers’ engagement rings and wedding bands are here, beside The J. David Collection and The J. David Legacy Collection. Any piece you find on our website can be brought in for a viewing at this showroom; send us a text and we’ll have it ready.
Yes. Bring in gold you no longer wear and we’ll make you an offer. Take it in cash, or trade it toward a new piece or a custom design, where it’s worth 50% more than sold outright, and that credit never expires.
Any piece in these collections can be requested for a viewing at this showroom.
Three showrooms across Tulsa, one family since 1994. Bring your questions, or just come and look.

Every heirloom begins with a story. Hear from the families who let us be a part of theirs.
Katelyn helped me resize and refresh my wedding ring. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly sweet. She made the experience easy and enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend asking for Katelyn
Had a fantastic experience at J David! Bought an engagement ring last year and a wedding band this year. Maelei and Susan were especially super helpful and patient with us and found us the perfect matches!
One big request I had for Hayley was to make sure any leftover gold from the ring was returned to me. Not only did she make sure I got the gold, but Scott even turned it into a small pendant!
